These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Herd website at herdfamilyapp.com, operated by Lomita Labs LLC (“Lomita Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms currently apply only to the prelaunch Herd website and early-access program. Separate or additional terms governing the Herd mobile application will be provided before the application becomes publicly available.

Purpose of the Website
The Herd website provides information about a mobile application currently in development and allows interested visitors to join an early-access list or contact us.

Early Access
Joining the early-access list does not guarantee admission to a beta program, access by a particular date, continued access, or availability of any specific feature.
